Dr. R. Michael Paige Professor, University of Minnesota |
Hammer Consulting, LLC offers public, two-day Certification Programs in using the ICS Inventory. You do not need to attend an ICS Certification Program to use the ICS Inventory. This public program is designed for individuals who wish to gain greater understanding and skills in using the ICS model and Inventory.
The ability to recognize and appropriately respond to cultural differences in conflict style is critically important in effectively managing and resolving disputes. The Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Certification Program increases participants' competence in resolving disagreements, improves team cooperation, and enhances individual and organizational decision-making and goal accomplishment around diversity initiatives.
