Does ICS Inventory, LLC Charge Sales Tax?
If your address on your my account page is in Maryland you will be charged Maryland Sales Tax on all ICS Inventory purchases.

Is the ICS Inventory offered in languages other than English?
Currently, the ICS Inventory and results are available online in six languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish. Please note that when completing the online ICS Inventory the results are only available in the language that the ICS Inventory assessment was completed in. For example, if the ICS Inventory is completed in French then the results will be sent in French.

I am interested in administering the ICS to high school students. At what age can a student take the ICS?
How long does it take to complete the ICS Inventory online? How soon will I receive my results?
The ICS Inventory can be completed in 15 to 20 minutes and you are able to receive your results immediately upon submission.
Is it possible to offer the ICS for students taking an online course?
The ICS Certificate Program date I want is full. Is there any way I can register for that date?
If an event is full, there is a limited waitlist that an individual can claim a spot on. Individuals that claim a place on the waitlist for an event will be asked to confirm their information, but will not be asked to complete payment at that time. The waitlist is limited to five (5) individuals to ensure the highest chance for those individuals to possibly register for the event. If an existing registrant for an event transfers their registration to a new ICS Certificate Program date (in accordance with the ICS Certificate Program Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy), then the first individual on the waitlist will be notified via email to complete registration, including payment. That individual will have 24 hours to claim the available seat (and complete payment as part of the registration) or decline the seat.
If the waitlist is full, then that event's dates will be shown as "full" and there will be no additional opportunities to add a new individual to the waitlist. Our office is not able to add additional individuals to the waitlist or to a full event.
How do I request a different payment type for my account?
All ICS accounts are created with Credit Card as the default payment type as payment for the ICS Inventory in print is due at the time of ordering before we can ship the materials. Additionally, as soon as you submit an order for the ICS Inventory online assessment for yourself or others, passcodes are generated immediately and you or your clients will have instant access to this online service. Therefore, payment is due in advance when ordering either version of the ICS Inventory. In some circumstances ICS Inventory LLC may grant an educational institution, government agency or other bona fide 501-3c organizations a different payment options. This is done on a case-by-case basis, and this option is not available to individuals, consulting/training companies or for purchases completed as a Guest. To request access to alternate payment types, you will need to make the request from the Contact US Page . Be sure to include the payment option you are seeking (any and all that work in your organization) and the reason for the request (e.g. our university does not use credit cards, etc.) and include contact information for your accounts payable office or finance department. The information will be reviewed and a decision made within two business days.
How do I order both the Standard & Education ICS pricing?
ICS Inventory pricing is based on your use of the ICS when ordering Online Codes and Print Tests. If you are utilizing the ICS within educational institutions and outside of those institutions, then you will need to create two separate accounts, one to apply for each ICS Version. For example, if you are an educator that utilizes the ICS for a course, but also work as a consultant who uses the ICS in programs that you offer, then you would create an account for your educational use and a separate account for your consulting. Please note that each account must have a unique email address.

Can ICS Online Codes be transferred between ICS accounts?
No, ICS Online Codes are only available in the accounts that they were originally purchased in. The ICS is purchased by individuals from their unique ICS account and any data collected by those Online Codes remains in the ICS account of the purchaser. ICS Inventory, LLC will not transfer Online Codes (used or unused) to any account from the purchaser's account under any circumstance.
