ICS Certificate Program Policies

ICS Certificate Program Registration, Waitlist, and Payment Policy

Registration for the ICS Certificate Program can only be completed online on the Upcoming ICS Certificate Program Dates page. Registrants will be required to utilize an existing ICS account that is already in their name or create a new ICS account as part of the registration process.

Payment for registration is due at the time of registration using one of the payment types listed on the online registration form. A seat cannot be reserved without a registrant’s information and payment being submitted on the Upcoming ICS Certificate Program Dates page.

Once all available seats for an ICS Certificate Program event have been filled, online registration will close.

The ICS Certificate Program registration utilizes a Waitlist function that is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals that claim a place on the waitlist for an event will be asked to confirm their information, but will not be asked to complete payment at that time. If an existing registrant for an event transfers their registration to a new ICS Certificate Program date (in accordance with the ICS Certificate Program Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy), then the first individual on the waitlist will be notified via email to complete registration, including payment. That individual will have 24 hours to claim the available seat (and complete payment as part of the registration) or decline the seat. If declined, that individual will be removed from the waitlist and the next person on the waitlist will be emailed.

ICS Inventory, LLC will not be able to make exceptions to add individuals to an event that has already filled or improve any individual's place on the waitlist. Additionally, ICS Inventory, LLC staff will not provide updates to individuals on the waitlist regarding their place in the queue.

In the rare event of a current registrant’s transfer to a different ICS Certificate Program event and there are no pending waitlist individuals, online registration will re-open to fill any remaining seats that become available.

ICS Certificate Program Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Due to the advance preparation required to conduct the ICS Certificate Program, registration tuition is nonrefundable. However, we do provide a one-time option for a registrant to reschedule the registration to another available ICS Certificate Program date (meaning an event with at least one open seat) within one (1) calendar year. The individual registrant is responsible for completing the transfer of their registration to an available date within their ICS account. An individual who has already transferred the ICS Certificate Program registration to a new date is not be eligible for a refund or to transfer that registration again.

If a registrant fails to attend the ICS Certificate Program, that individual is considered a “No-Show” and will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer that registration.
