Emily Aiken, M.A.
Emily Aiken previously worked in various roles at the University of Michigan where she supported students and staff in guided reflection and skill development in a way that fosters a sense of belonging, creativity, and inclusion. She contributed to the University's commitment to the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) where she created connections with students and staff through individual and group debriefs. Before that, she served as a Peace Corps Ecuador teacher trainer with English teachers in Piñas, El Oro. Emily earned her master’s degree in College Student Development from Appalachian State University and her bachelor's in Economics from Kalamazoo College.
