Lea Hammer is the Principal and Vice President of Strategic Planning for IDI, LLC and ICS Inventory, LLC, and a licensed IDI Qualified Administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College (1998) and a Master’s of Arts in Teaching from Concordia University (2011). Lea is a licensed secondary teacher in Oregon and has worked to serve diverse student populations through the design and implementation of differentiated curriculum. She has lived, studied, and taught in Europe and Asia. She has been an IDI Qualified Administrator since 2011 and has received extensive training in the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory^®.
