Mercedes Reaves is the Client Relations Manager for ICS Inventory, LLC and IDI, LLC. Mercedes joined the company in 2021, working with users of the ICS Inventory and IDI Qualified Administrators. Her role encompasses providing guidance for accessing and managing accounts, assistance with billing, and any other requests for support. Prior to joining ICS Inventory, LLC and IDI, LLC as the Customer Relations Specialist, she worked in Behavioral Health and Higher Education for over 10 years.

Mercedes received her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Analysis from Savannah State University in 2010 and resides in Georgia.
