Neil Hammer is the Vice President for IDI, LLC and ICS Inventory, LLC. Neil is responsible for recruiting, lead generation, project management, marketing, and client relations. Neil graduated from McDaniel College with a Bachelor Studio Art & Art History in 2003. Following graduation, he was part of a new start up company that provided executive staffing services. He is an IDI Qualified Administrator and has received extensive training with the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory^®.
